Bernard Debbasch,
Co-Founder and CEO

Bernard Debbasch has been leading communications technology operations and efforts for more than 23 years. Bernard was most recently VP/GM of VDSL Products at Conexant Systems.

His professional experience also includes senior management and development roles at IBM, Rockwell Semiconductor and GlobespanVirata as well as a startup. He has been a leader in creating and deploying narrowband and broadband communications semiconductor and software technologies worldwide.

Bernard received his MSEE/CS from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne (France) and his BSEE from the University of Aix-Marseille (France).

Ajay Sharma,,
Co-Founder and CTO

Ajay Sharma has been involved with the development of complex communication systems for more than 15 years. Ajay was most recently Director of Engineering and Product Manager at GlobespanVirata (now Conexant) where he led the system design of the first single chip ADSL router.

Ajay was a Vice-President and co-founder of Ficon Technology, a company specialized in voice over packet that was acquired by GlobeSpan in 2000. He previously had design and development roles at Bellcore and Millicom.

Ajay received his MSCS and BSCS from CUNY and a BS in Physics from Delhi University, India.
